SUPER C B2S TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SPAR REWARDS COMPETITION)
- Application and Promoters:
Please read these competition terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms apply to all persons entering the Promotional Competition (the “Competition”) conducted by The Beverage Company (Pty) Ltd situated at 20 Anvil Road, Isando, 1600 and The SPAR Group, situated at 22 Chancery Lane, Pinetown, 3610, South Africa (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoters”). - Terms:
Instructions on how to enter this Competition including all rules, mechanics, procedures, directions and all prizes form part of these Terms. If you take part in this Competition, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and accept that the Promoters’ decision is final and shall be made in the Promoters’ sole, absolute and unfettered discretion, and that no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not negotiable, transferable, substitutable or exchangeable in any form. - Eligibility:
The Competition is open to all citizens and legal residents of South Africa, and is open to all SPAR Rewards Shoppers nationally, who have opted in to receive communication and who at the time of entering the Competition are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years and are in possession of a valid South African Identity Document and have a valid South African bank account (note: in the case of residents: participants/entrants must also have a valid passport and necessary residency permission) (“Entrants” or “Participants”). Persons excluded from entering the promotional competition are any person who is a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant (“Associates”) of the Promoters and BevCo, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls, is employed by or is controlled by the Promoters, and/or immediate family members of Associates, who are indirectly or directly connected to or employed by any party in the aforementioned capacities or relationships, their advertising agencies, manufacturers, distributors or bottlers of beverages/products (“Disqualified Persons”). - Competition Period:
The Competition will commence on 12 January 2026 at 00:01 and will end on 08 February 2026 at 23:59 (“Promotional Period”). - Entry Requirements:
Purchase any two (2) x 500ml Super C Glucose Drinks from any SPAR store nationwide and swipe your SPAR Rewards card at the till for an automatic entry into the Competition. - Participating Product:
- Any Super C Glucose Drink 500ml
- Prizes:
Participants who enter the Competition will automatically be entered into a draw and stand a chance to win the following prize:- A share of 200 (two hundred) prizes, each consisting of a SPAR Digital Voucher valued at R500 (Five Hundred Rand).
- Winner Selection and Verification:
- There will be 200 (two hundred) winners in total.
- Winners will be selected by random draw by SPAR from eligible SPAR Rewards entries on or before 16 February 2026. The SPAR Digital Gift Vouchers will be sent to the prize winners via SMS (to the mobile number linked to their SPAR Rewards profile) with instructions on how to redeem the voucher. The draw will be overseen by an independent accountant, registered auditor, attorney or advocate.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that their SPAR Rewards profile information, including their cell phone number, is correct at the time of entry. The Promoters will not be responsible for any SMS delivery failures caused by network issues, incorrect details, or system restrictions.
- Digital vouchers will be issued within 30 (thirty) days from the competition end date and will be subject to the standard SPAR Rewards Terms and Conditions available at

. Vouchers are redeemable at participating SPAR stores for a period of 3 (three) years. Any prize not redeemed within this period will be forfeited. - Participants may enter the Competition multiple times during the Promotional Period, provided that each entry is associated with a separate qualifying purchase, but may only win one (1) prize during the Promotional Period.
- Winners may be required to participate in an audit verification process and provide a copy of their Identity Document, proof of purchase and/or any other relevant documentation. Once verified, winners may be required to sign acceptance and indemnity documentation.
- Eligible winners will have their prizes delivered by an authorised representative of the Promoters, where applicable.
- Winners should allow up to 6 (six) weeks for prize delivery, if applicable.
- Image Rights and Publication:
- Entry material and the names of prize winners may be published on the Promoters’ social media platforms. By participating, entrants grant permission for the use of their names and images for promotional purposes.
- Winners may be requested to appear in promotional media, subject to their right to decline such participation.
- Entry Expenses: The Promoters will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by winners.
- Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights in competition content vest in the Promoters. - Transgressions:
Any conduct contrary to these Terms or the spirit of the Competition may result in disqualification or banning from future promotions. - Cancellation and Amendment:
The Promoters reserve the right to amend or cancel the Competition at any time, subject to applicable law. - Invalid Entries:
Incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent entries will be declared invalid. - Defects and Applicable Costs:
The Promoters are not liable for defects in prizes. Ancillary costs are the responsibility of winners. - Limitation of Liability:
Entrants indemnify the Promoters against any claims arising from participation in the Competition. - Technical Failures and Unauthorised Intervention:
The Promoters are not liable for technical disruptions beyond their control. - Lost and Stolen Prizes:
The Promoters will not replace prizes lost due to incorrect details, theft or fraud. - Non-Waiver of Terms:
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights. - Legal Compliance:
Personal information may be retained for up to 3 (three) years in accordance with applicable laws. - Promoters’ Decision:
Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, the Promoters’ decision is final. - Termination:
The Promoters may terminate the Competition if required by law or regulation. - Severability:
Invalid provisions shall not affect the remaining Terms. - Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. - Inquiries:
