TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SUPER C B2S WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Application and Promoters:
    Please read these Competition terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms apply to all persons entering the Promotional Competition (the “Competition”) conducted by The Beverage Company (Pty) Ltd (the “Promoter”), situated at 20 Anvil Road, Isando, 1600.
  2. Terms:
    Instructions on how to enter this Competition including all rules, mechanics, procedures, directions and all prizes form part of these Terms. If you take part in this Competition, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and accept that the Promoters’ decision is final and shall be made in the Promoters’ sole, absolute and unfettered discretion, and that no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not negotiable, transferable, substitutable or exchangeable in any form.
  3. Eligibility:
    The Competition is open to all citizens and legal residents of South Africa who, at the time of entering the Competition, are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years and are in possession of a valid South African Identity Document and a valid South African bank account (note: in the case of residents, participants/entrants must also have a valid passport and necessary residency permission) (“Entrants” or “Participants”). Persons excluded from entering the promotional Competition include directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants (“Associates”) of the Promoters and BevCo, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls, is employed by or is controlled by the Promoters, and/or immediate family members of such Associates, their advertising agencies, manufacturers, distributors or bottlers of beverages/products identified by the trademarks (“Disqualified Persons”).
  4. Competition Period:
    The Competition will commence on 12 January 2026 at 00:01 and will end on 28 February 2026 at 00:00 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. Entry Requirements:
    1. Purchase any two (2) participating Super C Glucose Drinks.
    2. Scan the QR code on your Super C can and follow the prompts; OR
    3. WhatsApp a copy of your till slip to 072 548 1374 and follow the prompts.
    4. The till slip must fall within the current Competition Period.
  6. Participating Products:
    1. Any Super C Glucose Drink 300ml or 500ml
  7. Prizes:
    Participants who enter the Competition will automatically be entered into a draw and stand a chance to win the following prize:

    1. One (1) of ten (10) cash prizes of R25 000.00 each.
  8. Winner Selection and Verification:
    1. There will be ten (10) winners in total.
    2. Winners will be selected by random draw by 15 March 2026. The draw and/or winner selection may be audited by an independent third party.
    3. Participants may enter the Competition multiple times during the Promotional Period, provided that each entry is linked to a separate qualifying purchase; however, participants may only win one (1) prize during the Promotional Period.
    4. Potential winners must provide a valid till slip showing proof of purchase of Participating Products from participating retailers within the Promotional Period. The till slip must be dated/timestamped within the Promotional Period.
    5. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner via the contact number used to enter the Competition for a period of 72 (seventy-two) hours following the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.
    6. Winners will be required to participate in an audit verification process and provide a copy of their Identity Document, proof of purchase and/or other relevant documentation. Once verified, winners must sign acceptance of prize and indemnity documentation before being declared an official Prize winner.
    7. Prizes will be delivered by courier or, in the case of cash prizes, by electronic funds transfer into the South African bank account provided by the winner.
    8. Winners should allow up to 6 (six) weeks for delivery or payment of prizes, if applicable.
    9. The Promoter will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by winners in connection with the prize.
  9. Image Rights and Publication:
    1. Entry material and the names of prize winners may be published on the Promoters’ social media platforms and WhatsApp groups. By participating, entrants consent to such publication.
    2. Winners may be requested to participate in promotional media, subject to their right to decline such participation.
  10. Entry Expenses:
    The Promoters will not be responsible for any other expenses whatsoever which the winner may incur as a result of acceptance or use of the prizes.
  11. Intellectual Property:
    All intellectual property rights in competition content remain the property of the Promoters.
  12. Transgressions:
    Any conduct contrary to these Terms or the spirit of the Competition may result in disqualification or banning from future promotions.
  13. Cancellation and Amendment:
    The Promoters reserve the right to amend or cancel the Competition at any time, subject to applicable law.
  14. Invalid Entries:
    Illegible, incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent entries will be declared invalid.
  15. Defects and Applicable Costs:
    The Promoters are not liable for defects in prizes. All ancillary costs are the responsibility of winners.
  16. Limitation of Liability:
    Entrants indemnify the Promoters and BevCo against any claims arising from participation in the Competition.
  17. Technical Failures and Unauthorised Intervention:
    The Promoters are not liable for technical disruptions beyond their reasonable control.
  18. Lost and Stolen Prizes:
    The Promoters will not replace prizes lost due to incorrect details, theft or fraud.
  19. Non-Waiver of Terms:
    Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
  20. Legal Compliance:
    Personal information may be retained for up to 3 (three) years in accordance with applicable laws.
  21. Promoters’ Decision:
    Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, the Promoters’ decision is final.
  22. Termination:
    The Promoters may terminate the Competition if required by law or regulation.
  23. Severability:
    Invalid provisions shall not affect the remaining Terms.
  24. Law and Jurisdiction:
    These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  25. Inquiries:

  26. Endorsements:
    This Promotional Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.
