TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SUPER C BACK TO UNIVERSITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Application and Promoters:
    Please read these competition terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms apply to all persons entering the Promotional Competition (the “Competition”) conducted by The Beverage Company (Pty) Ltd, situated at 20 Anvil Road, Isando, 1600 (“the Promoter”).
  2. Terms:
    Instructions on how to enter this Competition including all rules, mechanics, procedures, directions and all prizes form part of these Terms. If you take part in this Competition, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and accept that the Promoters’ decision is final and shall be made in the Promoters’ sole, absolute and unfettered discretion, and that no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not negotiable, transferable, substitutable or exchangeable in any form.
  3. Eligibility:
    The Competition is open to all citizens and legal residents of South Africa who, at the time of entering the Competition, are over the age of 18 (eighteen) years and are in possession of a valid South African Identity Document and a valid South African bank account (note: in the case of residents, participants/entrants must also have a valid passport and necessary residency permission) (“Entrants” or “Participants”). Persons excluded from entering the promotional Competition include directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants (“Associates”) of the Promoters, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls, is employed by or is controlled by the Promoters, and/or immediate family members of such Associates, their advertising agencies, manufacturers, distributors or bottlers of beverages/products (“Disqualified Persons”).
  4. Competition Period:
    The Competition will commence on 15 February 2026 at 00:01 and will end on 31 March 2026 at 00:00 (“Promotional Period”).
  5. Entry Requirements:
    1. Purchase any two (2) participating Super C Glucose Drinks (500ml).
    2. Follow all Super C social media platforms:
      Instagram: supercsweets_drinks,
      Facebook: Super C Sweets,
      TikTok: supercsweets_drinks.
    3. Post a photo or video enjoying a Super C Glucose Drink, tag the relevant Super C social media handle and use the hashtag #SuperChargeYourYearAhead.
  6. Participating Products:
    1. Any two (2) Super C Glucose Drinks 500ml.
  7. Prizes:
    Participants who enter the Competition will automatically be entered into a draw and stand a chance to win a share of R50 000.00 in digital vouchers, split as follows:

    1. Ten (10) x R2 500 Takealot digital vouchers.
    2. Ten (10) x R2 500 Superbalist digital vouchers.
  8. Winner Selection and Verification:
    1. There will be twenty (20) winners in total.
    2. Winners will be selected by random draw on the following dates:
      1. 25 February 2026 – 3 winners
      2. 4 March 2026 – 3 winners
      3. 11 March 2026 – 3 winners
      4. 18 March 2026 – 3 winners
      5. 25 March 2026 – 3 winners
      6. 1 April 2026 – 5 winners
    3. The draw may be overseen by an independent auditor, accountant, attorney or advocate.
    4. Participants may enter multiple times during the Promotional Period, provided each entry is linked to a separate qualifying purchase; however, participants may only win one (1) prize.
    5. Winners must provide a valid till slip dated within the Promotional Period.
    6. The Promoter will attempt to contact winners via direct message on the social media platform used to enter for a period of 72 (seventy-two) hours.
    7. Winners must complete an audit verification process and submit required documentation before being declared an official winner.
    8. Vouchers will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided by the winner and are subject to Takealot and Superbalist terms and conditions. Vouchers are valid for three (3) years.
    9. Winners should allow up to six (6) weeks for prize delivery.
  9. Image Rights and Publication:
    1. Entry material and winners’ names may be published on the Promoters’ social media platforms and WhatsApp groups.
    2. Winners may be requested to participate in promotional media but retain the right to decline.
  10. Entry Expenses:
    The Promoters will not be responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of participation or prize usage.
  11. Intellectual Property:
    All intellectual property rights vest in the Promoters, who reserve the right to use competition content.
  12. Transgressions:
    Any conduct contrary to these Terms or the spirit of the Competition may result in disqualification or banning from future promotions.
  13. Cancellation and Amendment:
    The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition at any time, subject to applicable law.
  14. Invalid Entries:
    Illegible, incomplete, incorrect or fraudulent entries will be declared invalid.
  15. Defects and Applicable Costs:
    The Promoters are not liable for defects in prizes. All ancillary costs remain the responsibility of winners.
  16. Limitation of Liability:
    Entrants indemnify the Promoters and BevCo against any claims arising from participation in the Competition.
  17. Technical Failures and Unauthorised Intervention:
    The Promoters are not liable for technical disruptions beyond their reasonable control.
  18. Lost and Stolen Prizes:
    The Promoters will not replace prizes lost due to incorrect details, theft or fraud.
  19. Non-Waiver of Terms:
    Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
  20. Legal Compliance:
    Personal information may be retained for up to three (3) years in accordance with applicable law.
  21. Promoters’ Decision:
    Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, the Promoters’ decision is final.
  22. Termination:
    The Promoters may terminate the Competition if required by law or regulation.
  23. Severability:
    Invalid provisions shall not affect the remaining Terms.
  24. Law and Jurisdiction:
    These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
  25. Inquiries:

  26. Endorsements:
    This Promotional Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.
